There are parts of our bodies that we are not happy with. Remember that it is not possible to spot train, i.e. use exercises that only take off belly fat, but you can try exercises that will tone up the area, while losing overall body fat through other exercise. Include good quality effective abdominal exercises into your workout routine, as it won't be long before you see how to lose belly fat and create your six-pack. You should also include core workouts (e.g. yoga or Pilates) that force your stomach muscles to be used extensively, and you will find your belly tighten up and get stronger quite quickly.  Also try to include the exercises that target your stomach muscles, such as sit-ups, crunches, and any other exercise that puts strain on the stomach area.

Of course we should also discuss other methods of how to lose belly fat, which comes down to your diet. Your diet should include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, which are rich in vitamins and minerals.  You should also try to drink up to 6 pints of water per day (or 8 glasses), which will help to strip out that belly fat by flushing out your system. Be also sure that you are eating the right foods that help to burn fat. Cut out fatty foods, avoid processed food and definitely no fast foods, and any other food with a poor nutritional value.   

  

Decreasing your alcohol consumption will also trim down that belly fat too. So concentrating on diet and exercise is the best way of determining how to lose belly fat.  As mentioned, the best way to lose belly fat is to increase your exercises that focus more on your core. This will not only get rid of fat, but replace it with stomach muscles.  There are some very good thermal fat burners on the market, but there are so many and you do not really need them if you follow a good diet and your exercise.  But if you want to use, please consult you doctor, who will help find the right one for you.  Remember to improve your diet, concentrate on your exercises and the stomach area will tighten and strengthen in no time.
